Picture Proof™ Billing package (Accounts Receivable) is the most flexible package available on the market today. Billing is accomplished by billing a child for the actual hours attended or the hours a child's schedule. Each child may have two (2) subsidies, which are billed by the criteria established by the subsidy.

Attendance Tracking is accomplished automatically when the parent signs in the child through the computer system (via keypad entry, fingerprint authorization or Picture Proof™ photo ID verification) OR via manual input of sign-in sheets. Children can be signed in individually or by pre-assigned groups (i.e. classrooms, bus routes, etc).
